We help people who shoot buy smarter. Every product on this site is price-tracked across multiple retailers, every recommendation is made by someone who owns (or has shot) the gun, and every affiliate dollar is disclosed.
What we do
- Price tracking. We poll retailers throughout the day and snapshot prices so you can see a 30/60/90-day history on any product in our catalog.
- Deal Score.Our 0–100 rating weighs the current price against the 30-day average, MSRP, stock status, retailer reputation, multi-retailer availability, and category demand. A score of 80+ is genuinely worth a look. See the full formula in our Methodology.
- Editorial reviews.Written by shooters, not a marketing team. Pros, cons, real price history, and a simple "is this a good deal right now?" verdict. How we choose what to cover and where our lines are lives in our Editorial Guidelines.
- Weekly digest. The best deals of the week, delivered Monday morning. No spam, no dark patterns, and one-click unsubscribe.
How we make money
When you click a retailer link and buy, we may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. Those commissions pay for price tracking infrastructure, editorial, and hosting. They do not buy a spot in our rankings. A great product that doesn't pay us a cent still shows up on our "best" lists; a mediocre product that pays well still gets called mediocre. Who we are
Valley Firearms is part of a small network of independent firearms publications run by a team of shooters, competitors, and CCW holders. Our sister sites cover adjacent categories in more depth.
